HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
To place your order, follow these steps :
- Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size info to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products
on your cart). - ‘In my Cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
- Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We will ship your product to your mentioned shipping address. We have tie-ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
HOW WILL I GET CONFIRMATION THAT MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
We’ll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified. Sit back, relax and wait for your awesome designs to arrive.
I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING. THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL BUT MY MONEY GOT DEDUCTED. WHAT REALLY HAPPENED WITH MY MONEY?
- Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.
HOW SHOULD I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

- Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email and SMS. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via
sms . In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.
IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE IF I MAKE PAYMENT USING NET BANKING, DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD?
All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
IS THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGE APPLICABLE?
There are absolutely NO shipping charges
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Phone Case India. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days

Our Customer Service Department is available to assist you should a problem arise with your order. Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies within 24 hr. Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem.
Prior to returning any items, please contact the Customer Service Department to Return Material and shipping instructions.
We will do our best to fulfil requests to return material. Returns accepted for items ordered should be initiated with 24 hr from product delivery.
Replacement Policy
We follow a no return, no exchange policy due to hygiene precautions.
If, in case any product is missing it will be sent immediately Only if you sent us a COMPLETE unboxing video ( from the very start until showcasing the products you received and the one's you didn't) with a 360-degree view making the tracking Id and address page completely visible before opening the seal of the package/courier bag.
All issues will be taken into consideration ONLY reported with 24 hours after delivery, we do not accept any issues reported after 24 hours of delivery.
All we ask is to drop an email with the missing product and a complete unboxing video as mentioned above.
Note: As some items are limited editions if the missing product fails to be available we will get in touch with you for alternative products available in the same range.

In some cases due to default courier services orders will be self collected by the customers.A simple mail of order not delivered will help us raise a complain regarding the same which will help us know if the order is to be self collected from the nearest P.o.This is most likely to happen in 0.001 percent of cases,we expect you to co-operate with it as it is completely out of our hands.In any case customers refuse to self collect we expect you to inform us, a return request will be taken into consideration with a refund of product value. The customer will have to bear with the shipping charges.
Incase we recieve no reply for reshipment (common reasons : invalid/oncomplete address,customer unavailable,refused to accept the order,, etc ) within 36 hours a refund will be initiated, the customer will be borne with a two way MANDATORY delivery charges of 12O/160 INR depending on your shipping region provided,we do not accept forced refunds.
We do not entertain open delivery, any package came returned to us will be reshipped, shipping charges will be borened by the customer, for cancellation of order a two way shipping charge will be borne by the customer
We DO NOT accept forced return/exchange if the video criteria as mentioned above are not fulfilled.
WILL I AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE MARKETING EMAILS FROM YOU AFTER REGISTRATION?

I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT I DON’T WANT ANY PRICE TAG OR INVOICE ATTACHED AS IT IS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE. IS IT POSSIBLE?
Unfortunately no! Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any issues
